Business Development Executive Job Location : UAE Requirement: • Achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by the Head of Department (HOD) in a timely manner. • Screen potential brokers to promote existing and upcoming products. • Provide the highest level of support (training, onboarding, coaching, etc.) to assigned brokers (both individual and corporate) to help them achieve sales targets. • Design and implement an effective Route to Market (RTM) strategy based on customer needs, broker type, and available resources. • Utilize agent programs (such as Agent Fly ins Partnership Program, Direct RD Shows, Agent Events, etc.) to maximize sales and meet targets within the assigned territory. • Educate corporate brokers and their staff on how to effectively use the company’s portal for closing deals, viewing inventory, making payments, and generating consistent business. • Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring that contract requirements are integrated with business operations. • Generate and maintain periodic reports in accordance with company guidelines. • Provide daily activity reports during scouting and sales trips in the assigned territories. Requirement : • Minimum 2-3 years of experience of Real Estate local or UAE. • Must be fluent in English and Chinese native. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Should be good at developing B2B network and Client Relationship.
