Director/Vice President of Finance

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive finance experience, particularly within the UAE, and a deep understanding of facility management services. This role is critical to optimizing financial performance and supporting internal business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations within the facility management division, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize costs associated with facility management services, including labor rates, logistics, transportation, and employee accommodations.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses, provide insights, and make recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to support business objectives.

• Audit and Control: Oversee internal audits, implement effective controls, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
