Female Inclusion Teacher

Key Responsibilities:• Design and deliver individualized instruction and support to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate students with SEN into mainstream classroom activities and ensure their inclusion in all aspects of school life.• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development, using this information to inform the creation of personalized learning goals and interventions.• Maintain accurate records of student progress, regularly reviewing and adjusting individual education plans (IEPs) in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
