JD:

Education:

• Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW Administration
• Must have good experience troubleshooting BPM/BAW/CP4BA and ODM issues
• Must have experience in BPM/BAW/CP4BA upgrade activities
• Must have good experience on bpm environment cleanup activities and performance tuning
• Must have experience on cloud pack of automation installation and configuration

Technical Skills:

• Should be expert in IBM BPM/BAW and CP4BA Administration
• Should be expert in Web sphere Application Server
• Should be experienced in BPM to BAW issue troubleshooting
• Should be experienced in BPM Performance Tuning and Monitoring
• Should have knowledge on ODM and integration with BPM
• Should have knowledge of AIX and Linux OS commands
• Should have knowledge of Oracle and Postgres database

Functional Skills:

• Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
• Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
• Experience in Agile methodology
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
• Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
• Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
