Job Description - Pastry Chef

Are you a career-minded sales professional looking to earn a substantial income providing a solution you can feel passionate about? Do you have solid communication skills, are you able to establish immediate rapport and build business relationships? Have you had prior B2B sales experience? If you answered a resounding YES , this position is for you!

Our client provides medical health and dental insurance programs to Small-medium a large Business, groups such as Labor Unions, Credit Unions, Associations, School Districts, and Community Organizations.

Although this is a sales position, you will not be selling a product. Rather, you will be selling the company s group benefit solutions. Our Benefits Consultants cultivate, maintain and foster professional relationships through in-person marketing to various groups and business owners. Our unique approach to building relationships includes leveraging a variety of programs to enhance value to employees, groups and their membership.

Duties:

  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Scheduling appointments; making initial (in person) presentation; understanding account requirements.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • One to Two years of related sales experience

  • Own, late model vehicle and valid Calss G drivers' Licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • A polished and professional appearance, and demeanour
