Description:

Precision Assembler/Machinist based in Dubai, reports to Manager-Gas Seal Tester Cell. As Precision Assembler, will be responsible for disassembly, inspection, assembly and testing of Compressor Dry Gas Seals as per assembly drawing and Test procedures. Also perform installation of Compressor Dry Gas Seal , Mixers Dry Gas Seal, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities for maintaining safe workplace and comply with Flowserve applicable safety, Health and Environment standards, Policy, rules, and procedures.
• Report safety incidents, unsafe working conditions and/or potential hazards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping is done within designated workstation and use tools and equipment safely.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and follow all safety requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge about Compressor Dry Gas Seal repair, assembly, and testing.
• Education and Experience: Industrial Training Institute Certificate from recognized institute in Machinist or Millwright mechanic or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5-year experience in Compressor Dry Gas Seal repair and testing.
• Good understanding of Engineering drawing and components drawings.
• Knowledge about Dry gas seal parts precision machining and polishing.
