Assistant General Manager

Reporting to the General Manager & leading a team of 30 front & back of house, this role plays a vital supporting role. Responsible for the day to day management of restaurant operations, training, HR, staff accommodation, service standards, guest recognition it is a busy role. Working closely with the GM, Marketing team, Supervisors & the whole team, you will be tasked with improving all standards & driving revenue through creative sales techniques & gaining staff attention.

The desired candidate is an Arabic speaking male. You will come from a high end independent restaurant background & be hungry for the next step. You will be able to walk into the role & hit the ground running, you need little supervision & are a strong leader whom the staff will look up to & aspire to be like. UAE experience is highly desirable as is experience working in a shopping mall environment. Proven experience creating, managing & executing events both on & off site is preferred & a very strong attention to detail is required. You will be young with a maturity beyond your years & a genuine desire to grow into the GM role within the next 2 years.
