The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 125 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.


YOUR DAY TO DAY


As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities include directing, coaching, and developing a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. You are expected to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards, seeking ways to exceed them, and managing food and beverage standards to align with our commitment to responsible business practices. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance team to establish, monitor, and refine budgets, drive revenue, and oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, as well as several supervisors and colleagues. 


It is essential to always adhere to government regulations regarding health, safety, and other requirements. You are also expected to embody the qualities of delivering Holiday Inn service standards, providing warm, welcoming service to all guests without compromise.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU


It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus, and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!


Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Alcohol awareness and handling and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law. Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are an added advantage. Leadership skills and strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
