Lead developing business strategy through analyzing market/industry trend Company and asset valuations

Merger & Acquisitions and Valuations Lead full cycle of M&A/ investment projects, i.e., sourcing and screening M&A targets, developing business case, designing deal structures and negotiation

Build and develop complex financial models Advisory using market approach and income approach (DCF, DDM, Market Multiples)

Prepare client reports and presentation materials Organizing due diligence of third parties and cross-functions Demonstrated experience working directly with client executives at the most senior level

Handled analyst, public market experience Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns with the goal of attracting and converting prospects
