The Director of Food & Beverage will manage and drive all aspects of the F&B Operations They will ensure the strategy and vision for the department is followed They will maintain and implement service excellence processes

Responsibilities
• Manage and drive all aspects of the F&B Operations, including Banquets • Ensure all Food and Beverage outlets are managed efficiently according to concept statements and hygiene standards • Monitor the profitability of all Food and Beverage outlets and provide solutions to improve problem areas • Liaise with the Kitchen department and Director of Culinary on operation and quality • Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries in a timely manner • Establish rapport with guests to gain feedback on product and operation quality • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for improvement • Participate in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing Plans • Be accountable for full P&L of all F&B operations • Attend F&B Meetings and Daily Operations Meetings • Plan and implement F&B-related programs, policies, and procedures • Ensure adherence to uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards • Control operating expenses and continuously improve service level • Assist in training colleagues and conduct performance appraisals • Develop young talents within the organization • Drive team performance through coaching and development/succession planning • Adhere to Hotel's Hygiene and HACCP standards
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management • Previous Director F&B experience and a minimum of 5 years in UAE based Luxury Hotels • Passion for excellence and delivering high-quality service • Motivator/self-starter with a lively and energetic personality • Displays initiative and openness to new ideas • Strong professional values, focused on guest/colleague satisfaction • Strong local market knowledge and awareness of F&B/culinary trends • Well-connected and networked in Dubai • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities • Willingness to work long hours and weekends
