This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About the role The Manager, Public Relations will be responsible for managing relationships with social media, key influencers and business media titles in global market as well as supporting the launch of Atlantis The Royal (this includes pre-opening, grand opening, and amplification). Develop and execute enterprise storytelling strategy focused on how we are bringing our commercial and technology strategy to life for guests, owners, and other stakeholders across the globe. Manage international markets including not limited to UK, US, Germany, France, Australia with a special focus on Food and Beverage for Atlantis The Royal.About you Ideally, you will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, prior PR agency experience, internationl experience, and a good network of media representatives, influencers and opinion leaders.You will work with the PR team on developingstrategic and tactical PR plans to promote Atlantis The Royal to external parties focusing on the project three phases, pre-opening, grand opening and amplification on a global level. You will also work closely with the Senior Director, PR & Communications to position Atlantis The RoyalandAtlantis Dubai as a destination globally, and as a leading touristic destination.Other duties will include: Liaise with the Marketing and PR teams of the celebrity chef restaurantsLead all F&B events/activities including celebrity chef visits, the launch of restaurants at Atlantis The RoyalRaise awareness of Atlantis The Royal by managing the project PR agency and ensure that all KPIs are being deliveredMaintain strong media relations across different entities in all relevant marketsLeverage existing relationships and building strong media ties with key media especially in the UK, US, Germany, Russia, France and AustraliaDevelop a thorough understanding and familiarity with the product in order to identify and promote key messages and USPs per brand through insightful and impactful PR plansCreate press releases, key messages and PR materials, and regularly updating press kitsTactical implementation of PR campaigns, ensuring all required materials are available on a timely basis, and briefing agenciesRecognize key needs of each campaign through direct interaction with the marketing teamManage and supervising both video and photo shoots across Atlantis The RoyalDesign PR campaigns and work closely with Social media team through using traditional and non-traditional PR tools (social media)Conceptualize and execute large productions and special eventsWork with Operations to develop and implement key programming in the resortWork with international markets to continuously promote and position Atlantis The Royal globallyAny other duties as assigned Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar rolePrior PR agency experience preferredInternational experience preferredExcellent communication and writing skillsGood network of media representatives, influencers and opinion leadersAbility to manage sensitive PR issues, as well neutralize potentially negative reports Atlantis Dubai is an iconic entertainment destination comprised of two world-class resorts; Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis, The Royal; offering an unbeatable opportunity for you to grow and develop in your career.Join a team that is adventurous, creative, warm-hearted and extroverted.
