As Pastry Chef, we rely on you to:

• Develop new recipes for daily and seasonal menus
• Oversee the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections
• Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
• Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen
• Assist in maximising profitability
• Support the Executive Chef in daily operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Certificate in Culinary Arts - Pastry Making, Baking or relevant field
• Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background in the capacity of Head Pastry Chef
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys planning, organizing and problem solving
• Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
