Job Description - Sales Representative

We are Greeneration, a technology-driven company that supplies greenery and edible flowers to hotels and restaurants in the UAE. Located in the Dubai Industrial City (DIC), our innovative approach targets hotels and restaurants across the United Arab Emirates, emphasizing service, quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Join Our Team:

We're on the hunt for dynamic Sales Representatives who are passionate about sales and HoReCa and eager to be part of a team that's making a difference. Ideal candidates will be those who:

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of our products, ensuring they can expertly communicate the benefits and specifics of our offerings to potential clients. Know everything about what they sell.
  • Have the charisma and persuasive skills to captivate potential clients, transforming them into committed customers.
  • Understand the importance of client satisfaction and its impact on our company's success and the broader ecosystem.
  • Are proactive in recognizing and rectifying their mistakes, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Embrace sustainable development principles and are eager to contribute to environmental preservation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the customer base (looking for the customers targeted contacts through meetings and visits)
  • Organizing meetings and tastings (negotiate with customers about free product testing and samples)
  • Plan and manage tasks and customer profiles in the CRM program
  • Make suggestions regarding increasing the efficiency of the sales department.
  • Be in touch with customers for any questions that arise.

Requirements:

  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with an ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging in meaningful dialogue and building rapport with clients.
  • A proactive approach to sales, actively working towards closing deals.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and tailoring product presentations to suit client needs.
  • High level of responsibility, taking ownership of the client relationship management process.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and handling objections.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, and adherence to professional ethics.
  • Sufficient PC and internet skills, and familiarity with digital tools such as Skype, Zoom, messengers, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
