Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role • Proven track record of working in a 5-star hotel or restaurant • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Excellent communication skills • Team player • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Passion for hospitality • Confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele • Familiarity with food and beverage menu • Knowledgeable on all promotional activities
