Objective:

The Assistant Manager of Digital Product Development will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager in executing the digital product development strategy. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product development initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.
• Assist in seeking approvals from stakeholders, preparing necessary documentation and presentations.
• Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and financial performance in collaboration with the finance team.
• Support the development of reports and presentations for upper management and stakeholders.
• Participate in the assessment of new product ideas, conducting market research and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in Product Management/Development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Basic understanding of healthcare industry regulations and trends
