Job Purpose

To lead and manage the operations of the Occupational Health Services center, ensuring efficient service delivery. The center admin manager will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, government regulations and maintain a high-quality working environment. He or she will manage the financial performance revenue and costs for the center.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Services center, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff from admin perspectives.
Develop and implement protocols and procedures for occupational health assessments, screenings, and employee wellness programs.
Collaborate with employers and corporate clients to understand their occupational health needs and tailor services accordingly.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Manage the scheduling of occupational health appointments and screenings, optimizing resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze the performance of occupational health services, implementing improvements as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in occupational health.
Manage and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Collaborate with finance department to track expenses, revenue streams and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Participate in strategic financial planning, providing insights for resource allocation and investment decisions.
Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Provide regular financial reports to chief medical compliance officer highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Provide leadership in developing and implementing administrative strategies for the growth and expansion of occupational health services.
Handle communication with partners, addressing their needs, and fostering strong partnerships.
Lead and oversee the overall administration of the center, ensuring the delivery of high­ quality healthcare services.
Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and development of the center.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve overall
efficiency.
Provide leadership and direction to administrative in charges.
Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage the budget for the center, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
Collaborate with medical professionals and administrative staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing improvements to enhance operational performance.
Address and resolve issues related to patient care, staff management, and operational challenges.
Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Additional Principal Accountabilities Experience

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field. Good experience in healthcare administration or healthcare management roles, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
Ability to motivate and develop a team.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and compliance requirements.
Good experience in using healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills
