Proven experience in an equivalent position within a healthcare organisation.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.

Highly self-motivated, flexible, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
