We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant or Specialist Intensive Care Doctor to join our team. As an Intensive Care Doctor at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU).

As a Consultant or Specialist Intensive Care Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex and life-threatening conditions in the ICU. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, manage patient stability, monitor vital signs, and administer necessary treatments and interventions. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving patient outcomes and saving lives.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and imaging studies
• Administer medications, perform complex procedures, and provide life-saving interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Provide support and education to patients and their families
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of intensive care medicine

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Intensive Care Doctor
• Completion of a recognized residency program in Intensive Care Medicine
• Proven experience in managing critically ill patients in the ICU
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in intensive care medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
