Homecare Nurse

Homecare Nurse Job Location : UAE Responsibilities: • To provide pre and post op care; IV drips, blood collection etc.
• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatments, and disease management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Requirements: • Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Proven experience as a registered nurse in home healthcare or a similar setting.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team
