PRINCIPALSare experts in particular content areas and provide daytoday leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process teaming with Partners. They become trusted advisors to senior clients with the ability to guide and influence their thinking and to be viewed as experts in particular content areas.

Proven track record and excellent knowledge within the sectorwithin Healthcare & Life Sciences
A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Willingness to travel.
Know how to take the initiative seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones youve already got to good use.
Not just intelligence but creativity too: youll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients biggest problems.
