Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Practical Nurse with DOH License to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting. Your day-to-day tasks will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, assisting with personal hygiene, and communicating with patients and their families. This is an on-site position, and you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Qualifications

• Valid DOH License or passed as a Practical Nurse
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Practical Nurse (ICU exp preferred)
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in administering medications and performing medical procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Good documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of home healthcare practices and regulations is an advantage
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Preferred qualifications:

Diploma in General Nursing

• Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
• Experience in home healthcare or community nursing is an advantage
