Radiology Technologist – UAE | X-Ray & CT Imaging

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Radiology Technologist to join a healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, operate radiology equipment safely, and provide high-quality patient care while following UAE healthcare standards and radiation-safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures.

Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures clearly.

Operate and maintain radiology and imaging equipment.

Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

Ensure radiation-safety protocols are strictly followed.

Review images for quality and repeat examinations when clinically necessary.

Maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.

Follow infection-control and hospital safety procedures.

Work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Report equipment problems or technical issues promptly.

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or Radiography.

Valid professional license or eligibility to practice in the UAE, where applicable.

Previous experience as a Radiology Technologist/Radiographer preferred.

Experience with digital X-ray and CT equipment.

Knowledge of radiation protection and patient-safety procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays when required.
