Education: A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subject or a similar field
Experience:
Extensive international experience in the Talent Acquisition sphere in an international context in-house and/or agency recruitment, preferably focusing on tech recruiting combined with a demonstrable track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple disciplines and geographies
Ideally, you already have leadership experience and want to grow further as a leader. Alternatively, you convince us that you can be successful in the role without this experience
Ideally, you have gained professional experience in the region
Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of the market and industry trends and strong know-how on the Siemens business and emerging technologies in talent acquisition
Ability to build effective networks and maintain a close dialogue with key partners
Intrinsic motivation to make your team, Talent Acquisition and Siemens successful
Excellent communication and C-Level confident presentation skills
Language skills: Business proficiency in English
