What we expect from you:

​​​​Source new partnership opportunities for Justlife to optimize costs Measure success through metrics like established partnerships, satisfaction levels, engagement, contract renewals, market expansion, and lead generation Identify and engage potential partners aligned with the company's strategic goals Handle negotiation, relationship maintenance, and collaboration with internal and external teams

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or account management Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and scaling B2B partnerships Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and key players Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster relationships with partners and stakeholders Proficiency in devising and executing partnership strategies aligned with company goals Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and drive informed decisions Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and within budget Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, or relevant business platforms
