Job Description

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses to join a healthcare facility in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will provide safe, professional and patient-centered nursing care while working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established standards.
2. Monitor patients’ conditions, vital signs and treatment responses.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
6. Educate patients and families on treatment, medication and health management.
7. Follow infection-control, safety and hospital policies.
8. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patients' conditions.
9. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
2. Valid nursing license/registration in the applicant's country.
3. Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
6. Candidates must meet applicable UAE licensing and eligibility requirements.
