Responsibilities
• Art Direction: Generate ideas and concepts, produce sketches, storyboards, and art layouts • Creative Design: Design various creative assets, interpret and adapt information from creative briefing • Brand Look & Feel: Translate brand voice into marketing materials, establish guidelines • Quality Control: Ensure designs meet high standards of accuracy and quality • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Brand & Content and Campaign Management teams
Requirements
• Knowledge of creating performance-optimized designs for digital and social channels • Knowledge of design fundamentals and styles • Knowledge of B2B and B2C content specifics • Creativity and storytelling skills • Organized way of working, good communication • Bachelor degree in (Creative or Graphic) Design • +7 years of graphic design experience • Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred • Experience in the UAE preferred
