Senior HIS Consultant

Client: IT Healthcare Industry Responsibilities:

• Delivery of end-to-end workflows implementation (requirements finalization, design, build, test, end user training and roll out) for RCM, patient billing and accounting workflows in Cerner Millennium along with implementation consultants.
• Hands-on experience in COA, general Ledger configuration in Cerner millennium and integration with ERP product
• Hands on experience in HEI (Global Health) RCM product, compete understanding and knowledge of configuring Patient Liability Estimator (PLE), Patient remittances, Pre-authorization, Eligibility verification, invoice generation, claim scrubber.
• Hands on experience of Cerner Integration with HEI product.

Qualifications:

• 10 Years of client facing full RCM consultative experience
• 7 plus years' experience with Cerner patient accounting and billing modules.
• Strong medical billing experience and Hands-on experience in Cerner 3rd Party Patient Accounting (Patient Billing, Contracts Management, Claims Management, etc).
• Strong 'Working' knowledge of Industry Coding & Billing electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows and regional requirements of E-Claims, submissions, denials, and reporting
• Knowledge of ITIL processes would be an advantage
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and handle shift priorities for L1 and L2 support.
• Extensive knowledge of facility and physician revenue cycle operations
• Knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS coding.
