Supply Chain Associate - Healthcare A leading Healthcare company is looking to appoint a Supply Chain Associate to be involved demand management, inventory management, and invoicing and commercial services operations. Reporting directly to Supply Chain Manager, this position will be based in Dubai. Responsibilities:
• Primary point of contact with distributor on all demand management matters
• Demand Management
• Coordinate with Customers for orders
• Assist the logistics associate to ensure timely submission of goods
• Enter Sales Orders and follow up on daily commercial operations
• Manage KPI – forecast accuracy; stock coverage; stock outs;
• Collect the forecast – inventory and in-market sales report and upload in the portal per agreed timelines
• Provide the S&OP report per agreed timelines
• Coordinate with the sites and agree on relevant actions to minimize and avoid any supply issues
• Order timing management with Supplier Company

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in a business environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business management/Supply chain or equivalent
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective organization skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast paced international environment
• Fluent in English
