Job Description

The Training Coordinator is the responsible manager allocated to staff induction training, compliance training, clinical training coordination, emergency procedures, code blue training, weekly/monthly/annual training plans and training records.
The key roles and responsibilities of the Training Manager is:
Overall training coordinator of all training and continuous learning activities

Initial

Staff induction Training including safety briefing, Iqarus orientation , at-sea orientation.+

Bespoke offshore safety training for staff
Clinical training coordination for all clinical activities Update staff training records on all training using T-200-a records. Emergency procedures training with all staff

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ training experience within a hospital/medical environment Clinical educator ideal to ensure clinical competency Good IT, planning and coordination skills Offshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements
