Job Description - Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job summary
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Housekeeping. Must have 2-3 years' experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. Must have impeccable attention to details, analytical skills, exceptional training skills, and excellent communication skills.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Report directly to the Director of Housekeeping. • Ensure impeccable attention to details in housekeeping operations. • Provide exceptional training to staff members. • Motivate others to excel in their roles. • Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. • Maintain excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. • Background with impeccable attention to details. • Analytical skills. • Exceptional training skills. • Ability to motivate others. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language. • Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
