About The Role
The key purpose of this role is to assist Director of Human Resources in all day-to-day HR activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR Department.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office.
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS);
- Employee relations.
- Manages disciplinary process and procedures.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Clarifies HR related queries of Line Managers in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Manages the exit interview process and procedure.
- Organizes colleague social events and recognition events.
- Ensures all HR expenses are managed and in line with the budget.
- Prepares HR statistics and reporting for monthly review by GM.
- Compliance to the UAE Labour Law.

- Hotel & Hospitality Management Graduate
- Diploma in HR
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in managerial or supervisory level in HR Department of Hospitality industry

- Strong administrative skills
