What We’re Looking For

• Positive outlook and outgoing
  personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy
• A hands-on approach and flexibility with
  an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude
• Working experience of Microsoft Excel,
  Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Office)
• A 'can-do' approach with an ability to
  drive marketing campaigns using minimal guidance and ones’ own initiative
• Candidate must speak and write Arabic
• Fluent in both verbal and written
  English, fluent in additional languages is a plus
• Preference to be given to Female
  candidates
• Real estate experience will be an added
  advantage.

Key
Responsibilities

• Maintain
  corporate documents & projects documents
• Maintain database of the owners of the
  properties in a detailed format
• Follow up with the unit owners for
  documentation control
• Ensuring documentation & filing as
  per the SOA set by management
• Sorting, storing and retrieving
  electronic and hard copy documents
• Producing document progress reports for
  senior managers
• Conducting regular reviews and document
  audits
• Ensure documents are shared at key times
  to facilitate timely project completion
