Job Description:
As a Guest Experience Expert at our Front Office, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Your primary duties will include greeting and checking in guests, answering inquiries, providing information about services and amenities, handling reservations, and addressing any guest concerns or issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, processing payments, and assisting with guest requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
