Job description / Role

• Hotel receptionist - male / female • With proven experienced in hotel reception. • With minimum 2-4 years’ experience in same role, • Having pleasing personality and excellent communication skills, • Accommodate guest requests and complaints

Requirements

• Handle maintenance issues and communicate to concerned department • Handling cash and card payments • Maintain a clean and neat front desk • Prepare and submit daily reports as necessary • Daily report to building manager and update regarding issues and concerns of guests
