Law Firm Receptionist

A Bit About Us A stellar international law firm is currently seeking a direct hire Receptionist that must be bi-lingual in English/Spanish. This role has direct interaction with attorneys and law firm clients. Please only apply if you have reception experience and have either worked at a law firm or a professional services environment. Provide consistently polished service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Efficiently manage the scheduling and usage of conference rooms. Answer and route incoming calls on the switchboard in a timely and courteous manner. Take accurate messages for internal and external clients and ensure swift and clear communication. Assist clients with various business services such as scanning, faxing, copying, and arranging travel including taxi and hotel bookings. Promptly report maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Collaborate closely with other support departments to maintain a seamless service experience. Support other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements Education and/or Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional corporate services setting. Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Fluency in Spanish language. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
