We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Practice Manager for our Dubai Office, with a proven background in technology, telecom, or financial services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in managing and expanding recruitment teams, along with a stellar track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Skills and experience:
- Successful applicant will be a master in acquiring new business.
- A team of up to 12 consultants.
- Must possess exceptional leadership skills,
- To motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.
- Communication skills are essential for this role, as the Recruitment Practice Manager will be responsible for liaising with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Strategic thinker, agile and able to make mission critical decisions quicky. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple priorities concurrently. £45000 - £60000 basic salary (AED 204k - 276k)
