Walk-in interview Construction Planning Manager

Walk-in interview location and date:

Location: Crowne Plaza Hotel Site, Business Bay，Dubai

Interview date and time: 2024-04-30 to 2024-5-4 (Tuesday to Saturday, all day)

8:30-12:00 15:00-18:00

REQUIRMENTS:

Degree in Engineering or similar.

Experience with P6

Proficiency in MS Office

Planning and project management skills

Strong multitasking abilities

A valid driver's license

Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills

A sound understanding of safety protocols

Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines

More than 6 years’ experience for luxury villa project

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.

Generate Executive Report for the management.

Prepare cash flow – time bound cost.

Analyse time over run and cost over run (generally done by Cost Engineers in big projects.

To keep a track of the project and flag the concern during short falls.

Prepare look ahead plan for the Execution team.

Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.

Earned Value Analysis and Management.

Notify the Client/Client’s representative in change of scope.

Get Extension of time in case of reservation or entitlements.

Forensic analysis.

Maintain Risk Register in order to foresee the possibility of occurrence and take corrective actions in conjunction with the Project Manager

Act as a wing man/buddy to the Project Manager through out the course of the Project

Prepare micro plan for any particular work package

Chair the progress meetings and track the outcomes & deliverables

Maintain Event records which shall be helpful in Claims

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
