Aluminium Cladding Foreman

Currently, we are assisting one of our clients, a construction company, in finding a skilled Aluminium Cladding Foreman. As an Aluminium Cladding Foreman, We are looking for a Aluminium Cladding Foreman for handling site works, with the following requirements:Knowledge of all types of ALUMINUM SYSTEMS like (Installation of Aluminum Frames for windows and doors, Installation of ACP, Installation of Louvers, Brackets & Runners, installation of Aluminum handrails, Roof cladding and Installation of glass panel Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the installation of aluminium cladding on buildings according to project plans and specifications
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Manage and train a team of cladding installers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process
• Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain records of work progress, materials used, and any changes or deviations from the original plans
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the cladding installation
• Ability to complete task according to time schedule and able to handle multi projects
• Ability to Communicate with labors, managing them according to project requirement, have a plan in advance and able to solve dispute between them

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Cladding Foreman or similar role
• Deep knowledge of aluminium cladding installation techniques and best practices
• Experience in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of building codes and regulations related to cladding installation
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
