  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Position: US IT/ OPT/Bench Sales Recruiter
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years (Fresher can Apply Who are in good Communication Skill)
  • Job Description:
  • Candidates must have 1 to 4 years of experience with good communication
  • Must have experience in hiring USC & GC candidates on
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Should possess good negotiation and persuasion
  • Must have sourcing resumes in quick turnaround

Education/Experience

  • Roles & Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed
  • candidates for assigned
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job
  • postings on the Job
  • Responsible for work on Contract-Hire, Permanent and some time on a contract
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview
  • and
  • Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding
  • client requirements & mapping the relevant
  • Requirement -
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in OPT/Bench
  • Knowledge in Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen
  • Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding
  • requirements for them through other
  • Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various
  • job
  • Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any
  • modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job

  • Working directly with end client requirements like Tier 1 vendors/Implement
