Join us. About the team:
Lark Business Applications team is part of the Lark Product Development and Engineering Architecture Department responsible for business application research and development.
We mainly support commercial products such as Feishu OKR Feishu Recruitment Feishu Performance Feishu HR Feishu Approval Feishu Contracts Feishu Expense Management as well as business products servicing ByteDance in finance procurement investment internal auditing and more.
With the furtherance of Larks globalization strategy we aim to delve into broader areas than our current scope and make an even greater impact. Responsibilities:

• Provide backend service expertise in developing new features by working closely with design product and other crossfunctional teams.
• Contribute to overall system design and code quality improvement.
• Improve product quality through bug fixes performance analysis and tuning.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Asia.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above.
• At least 2 years of backend software development experience.
• A strong developer and a great problem solver who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for building a largescale product with incredible performance stability and elegant user experience.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with one of the following generalpurpose programming languages including but not limited to: Golang Java and Python.
• Experience with or knowledge of messaging middleware relational database and common backend architecture.
