With a dynamic work culture and a focus on employee growth and development, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Deputy Manager (DM) in the HR department.

Job Description: As a Deputy Manager (DM) in HR, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources communication and engagement through various channels. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Employee Communication: Facilitating effective communication between HR and employees through various channels, including direct messaging platforms.
  2. HR Support: Providing timely support and assistance to employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
  3. Engagement Initiatives: Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through multiple communication channels.
  4. Feedback Management: Collecting and analyzing feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and address concerns proactively.
  5. Policy Dissemination: Ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of HR policies, updates, and announcements to all employees.
  6. Performance Management: Assisting in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback collection.
  7. Conflict Resolution: Acting as a mediator in resolving conflicts and disputes between employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR communication and engagement, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels, including direct messaging platforms.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
