Responsible for the overall leadership of operational fire service delivery and provide strategic and leadership support. Accountable to Fire Brigade Commander and Program Manager.

Requirements

1. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
2. Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities .
3. In-depth knowledge of fire service operations safety standards and regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proven ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
7. Ensure effective management of fire incidents including response coordination, resource allocation, and incident command.
8. Maintain and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective fire service delivery.
9. Conduct regular assessments of fire service operations and implement improvements as needed.
10. Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, and auxiliaries including associated international codes.
11. Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
14. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

Professional Certifications

1. Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred.
2. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
3. Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ.
4. Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2.
5. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
