Job Description:

As the Head of Recruitment at KAYE & CO Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment function, implementing best practices, and attracting top-tier talent to support our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber professionals across various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.
2. Collaborate with senior management to identify current and future staffing requirements and establish recruitment priorities.
3. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
4. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations to expand the talent pipeline.
7. Implement effective employer branding initiatives to enhance KAYE & CO Real Estate's reputation as an employer of choice.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity.
9. Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a senior-level recruiter or recruitment manager, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that result in the hiring of high-quality candidates.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is highly desirable.
