We are looking for a HR Business Partner (Temporary)  In this role you will be assisting the Human Resources department in complying with the company and government policies. and you will be aware of all project bids and target Ingram Micro involvement in them.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Alignment and Leadership: Collaborate closely with respective stakeholders to ensure a seamless alignment between HR strategies and our business objectives. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our workforce development, enhancing our company culture, and steering our organization toward its  goals

  • Employee Relations and Query Resolution: Be the first point of contact to address queries on policies and benefits and HR programs for associates. 

  • HRIS Management: Manage the “workday” systems to maintain accurate digital and electronic records of employees, generate HR reports, and support data-driven decisions.

  • Comprehensive HR Generalist Tasks: Your responsibilities will span the entire HR spectrum from leading Talent Acquisition to HR Business Partnering to leading talent development and succession planning. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" position that demands flexibility, adaptability, and a profound understanding of all aspects of human resources.

  • Culture and Change Champion: Utilize your HR expertise to foster an environment that upholds our values, drives our mission, and supports our vision. Act as a change leader, coaching others in the realm of change management and employee relations, building trust, and promoting a positive work culture.

  • Analytical and Process-Oriented Approach: Employ management metrics and associate feedback to drive organizational efficiency, enhance management quality, and support the continuous improvement of our operations. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying trends and developing strategies that contribute to our overall success.

  • HR Best Practices and Compliance: Champion HR processes and compliance, ensuring all practices are in alignment with legal requirements.

Which Talent do you bring?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources

  • 4 – 6 years Sr.HR generalist experience, preferably with IT industry.

  • Exposure to a variety of HR practices such as workforce planning, Talent acquisition, organization development, performance management, talent management, learning and development and transformation.

  • Experience working in a complex multicultural matrix organization.

  • Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level.

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with a very diverse employee population
