Job Description :

Our client, a well-established Engineering construction company is looking for an experienced HR Manager for their Fujairah division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees and supervisors.
• Developing, recommending, and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
• Supervision, monitoring and follow up on all office maintenance requirements and office expenses
• Create all necessary packs for onboarding including handbook, team introduction and onboarding training.
• Managing pay-roll administration, overtime calculations, attendance monitoring, absenteeism, and end of service calculation.
• Building a performance culture that confirms organizational values.

Requirement and Skills:

• Masters degree in human resource management or relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Manager in engineering field.
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Up to AED 20,000 + Benefits
