Job Description - HR / Recruiter - Real Estate

Locke Lifestyle Properties is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to enhance our staffing efforts as we expand our team. This role focuses on attracting top talent in the real estate market and coordinating the hiring process to meet the needs of our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a knack for identifying potential and fostering meaningful connections with candidates and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the company.

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.

Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives and participate in employment events.

Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions, including reaching out to potential candidates and managing initial screening conversations.

Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Assist with the design and execution of the employee referral program.

Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and industry best practices to team members.

Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters to meet employment needs.

Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HR databases.

Ability to interact, influence, and negotiate effectively across job levels.

Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to gauge performance.

High level of creativity and flexibility when it comes to both problem-solving and identifying talent.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong decision-making skills.

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
