HR Recruiter - Tagalog Speaker

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Languages Prefer –Tagalog, English
