Job Description:
The HR Strategy /amp; Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of the HR function through data-driven insights and analysis. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing analytics to improve workforce effectiveness, and providing leadership with key metrics for decision-making. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of HR analytics tools and processes, conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with HR Business Partners to enhance HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
