Job Description - HR Strategy And Analytics Manager

Job Description:

The HR Strategy /amp; Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of the HR function through data-driven insights and analysis. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, utilizing analytics to improve workforce effectiveness, and providing leadership with key metrics for decision-making. This role involves overseeing the design and implementation of HR analytics tools and processes, conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with HR Business Partners to enhance HR programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. A master's degree in HR, Business, or related field, along with proven experience in HR analytics and strategy development, is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics and data to drive insights and decision-making for HR initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning and talent management efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
  • Implement and manage HR analytics tools and systems to collect and analyze HR data effectively.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions that support the organization's growth.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR programs and processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage special projects related to HR strategy, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related HR strategy role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with developing and implementing HR strategies to align with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
