Position: HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the company's goals and UAE labor regulations.
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure they remain competitive and attractive.
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to personnel, compliance, and HR metrics.
- Stay current with HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure the company's compliance and competitiveness.
- Ensure a healthy atmosphere for the employees at offices & showrooms.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Multilingual proficiency, including Arabic, is an advantage.
