Operations Recruitment Executive

Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Handle the entire part timer recruitment cycle from advertising, shortlisting, interviewing to onboarding / offboarding process, including preparation of contracts, letters, new hire orientation, course registration and grant submission.
• Work closely with Operations, HR, and L&D on hiring, training and reports.
• Work closely with payroll vendor on timely update of employee data and records to ensure accuracy.
• Compute and submit weekly hiring and uniform inventory report.
• Ensure recruitment and selection process is in compliance with the Employment Act and other labour legislations.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B / retail industry. 
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team and effectively managing multiple priorities.
